About the team:
As a Treasury Analyst, you will support all aspects of the Treasury Operations team, and will provide key support for the Treasury Financial Risk & Analytics team. You will have the opportunity to serve as a critical contributor on a small team and to build your analytical skills and operational expertise. The successful candidate will be someone who is looking to contribute directly to the success of the department and the company. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Treasury Operations and will have dotted line reporting to the Director of Treasury Financial Risk & Analytics.
The position is a remote role.
What you'll do day-to-day:

• Actively manage daily cash balances of key entities and bank accounts
• Prepare daily cash reporting such as: firm-wide cash flow forecast, direct cash flow forecast, and the afternoon leadership report
• Initiate timely daily cash management transactions, wire transfers, internal settlements, borrowings/repayments, and investments
• Assist with the administration of the TMS and banking platforms
• Support the Investment program through reporting
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support new product roll-outs, and ongoing operations
• Ensure compliance with all treasury controls and support all daily, quarterly and annual audit requests and SOX Controls
• Develop a financial model to analyze bank fees monthly
• Provide periodic on-call support for monitoring internal funding alerts

About you:

• 3+ years experience in Corporate Treasury or a related financial services field, preferably at a public company with multinational presence
• Broad experience across various treasury, banking, and TMS platforms
• Meaningful Treasury Operations experience
• Analytical and Excel/Google Sheets experience
• Strong time management skills and ability to collaborate & support projects through to completion across complex, matrixed environments
• A positive attitude and a great standout colleague. This means a desire to work hard, be creative, stay curious, and maintain a can-do approach

Bonus points:

• Experience in Broker Dealers
• FINRA SIE/Series 99 Licensed
• Knowledge of Kyriba Treasury Management System and/or Bank Treasury Platforms
• Experience in managing Investments
• Familiarity with analytical tools (SQL, Looker)
