About the position:
The Treasury Manager position will be responsible for oversight, review, and management of the Company’s Treasury operations as part of global processes managed by corporate Treasury. This position is responsible for providing leadership support for the company’s treasury processes and activities as well as daily oversight of all regional analysts. This position is further responsible for leading the development and optimization of Kyriba.
What you can expect to do:
- Oversee and manage all global treasury processes and activities, including cash forecasting, cash management, payment processing, maintenance of bank accounts, daily inquiries and Kyriba activities.
- Develop analysis to drive timely and accurate regional reporting to corporate Treasury.
- Maintain the timely accuracy of data within Kyriba and troubleshoot any issues that arise in coordination with corporate Treasury.
- Maintain Corporate Treasury SOX requirements and all regional audit requests.
- Act as main regional contact for company for treasury support.
- Champion and document internal funding desk processes as defined by Treasury including collaborating with local finance teams to determine subsidiary working capital needs.
- Implement various cash management structures and streamline and implement new processes using Kyriba as a centralized tool.
- Create standardized activity reporting to track performance of treasury metrics on a consolidated regional and country-level basis.
- Implement and manage the regional and global corporate direct cash flow forecasting process
- Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure stable Treasury operations.
- Any other projects as may arise within the Treasury team.
- Directs, coaches and mentor regional treasury analysts.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive Treasury experience.
- Kyriba experience a plus.
- Experience working within a matrixed global business environment.
- Strong MS Office skills required, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills; problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, and able to work on time sensitive projects without daily supervision.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, able to present ideas and information clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences.
- Results oriented with the ability to direct or manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal clients, external advisors, and banking partners.
- Well-developed organizational, time management, planning and prioritization skills.
- Team player that cultivates collaboration and leadership throughout the global organization.
- Ability to bring innovative analysis to the department and drive process improvements.
- Strong work ethic and impeccable integrity to safeguard company assets.
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $110,400 to $138,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
