Treasury Manager, Capital Markets & Risk
Job Description
As the Treasury Manager, Capital Markets & Risk, you will be responsible for insurance, financial risk management, controls and corporate finance activities. You will collaborate with other key stakeholders such as Accounting, Legal and Tax in addition to external banking and service partners to drive business initiatives and ensure all company and regulatory standards are met. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Treasury.
Responsibilities- Oversee corporate insurance program, including managing broker relationships and coordinating with internal risk management partners
- Lead foreign exchange risk management, including assessing exposures and developing risk management strategies
- Support capital markets, leasing, and related corporate finance activities
- Ensure compliance with controls to safeguard company assets
- Identify and pursue opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate processes
- Partner with team members and other stakeholders to design and implement a scalable global treasury platform
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury; public company experience preferred
- Highly analytical with strong ability to execute, meet deadlines and deliver quality results
- Adaptable, team player with a track record of building and maintaining effective professional relationships
For candidates hired in San Francisco metro, New York City metro, or Seattle metro, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $145,600 - $171,300 - $197,000.
For candidates hired in the following locations: Austin (TX) metro, Chicago metro, California (outside SF metro), Colorado, Connecticut (outside NYC metro), Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (outside NYC metro), Oregon, Pennsylvania (outside NYC or DC metro), Washington (outside Seattle metro) and Washington DC metro, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $131,100 - $154,200 - $177,300.
For candidates hired in all other US locations, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is currently $116,500 - $137,000 - $157,600.

Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
