What is My Impact?

The UI/UX REACT Developer (Intermediate) - Remote is responsible for development, programming, coding of User Interfaces at Guidewell Source. Create front end enterprise healthcare software applications.

What are My Key Responsibilities?• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This list of essential job functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.• Create React and Functional Driven JavaScript and UI Components• Deliver performance optimization.• Use React.JS library functions for the logical implementation for all the applications.• Create React.JS for reusable components (multi-field form elements, background file uploads.• Develop various screens for the front end using React JS and used various predefined components from NPM (Node Package Manager) and Redux library.• Design dynamic and multi-browser compatible pages using HTML, CSS, Angular & JavaScript.• Collaborate with backend developers in creating RESTful APIs and webservices.

What is Required?• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.• 5+ years' related work experience; this includes IT work experience and progressive work experience in a programming or application development role• Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures• Proficiency using versioning tools• Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems• Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills• Flexible team player• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities• Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance• Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment• In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle• Proficiency programming in more than one object-oriented programming language• Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio• Proficiency using debugging tools• High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy

What is Preferred?• ReactJS, (UI), (NodeJS, MongoDB, GIT, REST Web Services• Resource will be primarily engaged with building applications (UI & Services) using REACT/NODE JS• Experience with web services & databases

The Federal Government and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) may require applicants to have lived in the United States for a minimum of three (3) out of the last five (5) years to be employed with the Company. These years of residence do not have to be consecutive.
