Position Title: Experienced UI/UX Developer - remote
Contract: Full-time, Independent Contractor
Location: 100% remote working

A well-established and growing international law firm is looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer to support our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and developers, providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Appreciable knowledge of scripting languages, and an understanding of back-end workflow programming is an advantage
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design and development work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
