User Acquisition Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The User Acquisition team at Smule sits at the intersection of marketing and growth, helping to grow the company’s user base through advertising campaigns on various channels. The individual will manage global advertising campaigns, analyze and optimize campaign performance, and collaborate with Creative/Brand teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run mobile user acquisition campaigns to acquire high quality users for Smule apps globally
• Work with data to understand ROI performance, optimize campaigns, drive decisions, measure and report results
• Manage relationships with external partners
• Coordinate communication between external partners and the internal team on campaign performance and creative approvals
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing & Creative team on creative brainstorming, ideation and testing

QUALIFICATIONS (education, years of experience, skills, specialized knowledge, etc.):

• 2+ years experience in performance-based user acquisition role
• Experience with campaign performance optimization, funnel optimization, creative testing and ROI calculation
• Experience running performance-based campaigns on channels like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and video networks
• Outstanding problem solving skills, quantitative skills and data-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience with running app install campaigns is a plus
