As a User Education Manager you’ll be joining the Product team made of up 13 Mentioneers.

In your role as the User Education Manager at Mention Me you will be responsible for the management of course and content development, training delivery processes, a certification program, as well as the management of resources to deliver the content and ensuring training is efficient and effective. Training types will include instructor-led, online and a blend of both. You will also help advise the product management team on best practice for product documentation to ensure alignment between training courses and self serve product education.

You will be a key member of the team working closely with functional leaders across the business including customer success, product marketing, sales and product management.

• Designing and implementing our first certified training program and supporting services, including identifying course content requirements, appropriate delivery mediums, and personnel to deliver training
• Managing the certified training program through instructor-led, online and blended learning and documentation - driven delivery processes
• Owning the logistics and processes (including tools) of a market leading certified training program
• Ensuring we establish quality control and continual improvement processes to maintain exceptional standards in training content and delivery mechanisms
• Establishing and leading the user education function within Mention Me and ensuring we deliver world class training to our awesome customers and mentioneers!

• B.S. or B.A. in related subject
• Minimum of 5 years working in a similar role in user education
• Experience implementing and managing Learning Management Systems
• Solid foundation in adult education principles and strong knowledge of instructor-led, self directed web-based and blended learning methodologies
• Proven track record in coordinating and managing the build out and delivery of certified training systems
• Preferred work history of successfully managing the delivery of certified training, curriculum and content development within the martech space
