Utilities Maintenance & Reliability Engineer - Site

Summary

Location: Cairo, Egypt #LI-Hybrid

About the Role:

As a Utilities Maintenance & Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for executing engineering activities (design, implementation, maintenance, etc.) within technical area of expertise by using reliable and cost-effective technical solutions, ensuring technical quality to enable the overall site / project objectives.

This role reports directly into the Head Process Engineering & Utilities.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to equipment, utility, facility improvement projects (e.g. energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, maintenance).
• Acquire permits for maintenance / calibration / projects.
• Develop Project Cost Estimation And Value Improvement Review.
• Identify technical solutions.
• Prepare project procurement plan, perform project tendering and procurement.
• Perform project HSE management and execute project safety stops/reviews.
• Perform project reviews (e.g. Technical Quality Review (TQR), constructability).

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in Maintenance/Engineering.
• Proficient in English Language.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook).

Desirable Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing facilities.
• SAP experience.
