Base Pay: $16-$18 per hour

What will you do?

• Managing the timely submission and approval process for State Incentive Programs and Utilities
• Monitor project flow and follow up with regulators and municipalities to reduce cycle times
• Communicate with all customers (active/hold) on a regular basis keeping them appraised of status
• Analyze performance data to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure optimal performance
• Answer phone and email requests from customers (internal/external)
• Communicate with all departments to improve customer experience
• Prepare and track outstanding documents needed to obtain permits
• Flexibility and willingness to “wear many hats” is required

• Have the ability to work independently and prioritize work load
• Salesforce experience a plus
