Where You'll Work:
- Full-time in-office at our headquarters in Dallas TX.
- You’ll be right in the heart of the action surrounded by a team of passionate high-energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products—from discovery through delivery
- Translate complex ideas into simple intuitive and elegant user flows and interfaces
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisionsUX/UI Product Designer
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high quality
- Contribute to and evolve our design system ensuring consistency across the product
- Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints
- Iterate quickly based on data feedback and product priorities
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and problem-solving

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma (or similar)
- Experience with user research usability testing and interaction design
- Solid understanding of UX principles accessibility and responsive design
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate
