Position Summary:
The Vendor Programs Intern plays a significant role in execution of projects by supporting the Innovation and Scale Team with projects and programs attached to . Their exposure will be throughout the vendor experience unit as well as to Vendors in the execution of key new route to market initiatives. They will effectively coordinate the development and execution of strategic program plans that align with revenue and other company objectives to achieve programs targets in collaboration with other functions within the business. The intern supports the overall success of the Vendor Programs in motion for Pax8. The intern also supports the strategy to mobilize partners to consume all Marketplace products.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support and update global project documentation and plans utilizing established templates and presentation decks and the guidance of Director of Customer Acquisition and Strategy, Global.
- Support the team with ROB around communications, meetings, and action items weekly across multiple projects and priorities. Capture key next actions and communicate next steps to attendees. Global Nonprofit Program: learn from the team what a global program looks like and support the development of the program in all regions. Metrics reporting, funded engagement execution, communications, and basic project management. Â
- Industry and Vertical program development: Learn with Director as she builds out the strategy for an industry and vertical thought leadership program at Pax8.
- Experience with reporting on projects and escalating concerns to management in a timely and effective manner.
- Ability to capture key insights and distill them down for key communications, documentation and program scalability.
- Participate in relevant meetings, MBRs QBRs and program specific calls.

- Adaptability & Execution: Adapt to changing business needs and market conditions, shifting priorities as needed to support the success of the company and its vendors and execute expertly to deadlines.
- Communication: Ability to convey messages effectively to clients and team members in written and verbal format.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, compartmentalize projects, and document everything in agreed upon location.
- Proficiency in Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft WordÂ
- Desire to go above and beyond to move the business forward.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Undergraduate Student and/or B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
- This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Qualified candidates can expect a rate beginning at $15 per hour or more depending on experience
