This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and executing the overall brand and market strategy in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The VP will shape the market narrative, establish category leadership, and ensure consistent messaging across brand, product, and executive communications. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, overseeing brand identity, content strategy, and product marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing, product, and sales efforts while elevating executive visibility and thought leadership. You will lead and scale high-performing teams, build operational frameworks, and measure brand performance against business outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Define and evolve the company’s category narrative, market positioning, and messaging architecture
  • Lead the overall brand strategy, identity, and voice across all digital and offline touchpoints
  • Oversee earned and owned media strategy, thought leadership programs, and executive visibility initiatives
  • Ensure product marketing aligns with the broader market narrative, including positioning, GTM planning, and sales enablement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation) to maintain alignment across the full customer journey
  • Build and scale high-performing brand and product marketing teams while mentoring senior leaders
  • Establish operational frameworks, KPIs, and measurement systems to connect brand investment to business outcomes
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience in a fast-growing, high-impact environment
    • Demonstrated success in senior marketing or VP-level roles, including team leadership and revenue impact
    • Proven ability to influence executives, navigate complex dynamics, and drive strategic decisions
    • Hands-on expertise in core marketing functions: positioning, pricing, GTM strategy, sales enablement, product launches, competitive intelligence
    • Strong creative thinking with ability to develop new programs that drive awareness, intent, and engagement
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex messages for diverse audiences
    • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to build productive relationships
    • Data-driven mindset, comfortable experimenting and iterating to optimize outcomes
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
