Summary: Onbe seeks a Vice President of Implementations and Partner Operations reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer. This inspirational leader will bring a strong vision for optimizing and transforming these teams and a keen sense of urgency for execution. Our ideal candidate will guide and develop the teams responsible for onboarding new clients and new programs and managing any modifications needed to programs/clients in the market, along with leading the team responsible for the day-to-day operations of our supply chain. This candidate will have shown success with collaborative process design, improvement, and leading Implementation teams leveraging project management methodologies. They will have experience working with teams that have grown and evolved due to mergers/acquisitions and appreciate the nuances of harmonizing two processes/legacy company teams.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating their experience, create one consistent implementation strategy for the onboarding of new clients and programs that ensures client expectations are met, while qualities standards are achieved.
- Promote, train, and coach the use of standard project methodologies to ensure timely and accurate onboarding.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that prepare the business for scale.
- Assist the team in proactively identifying hurdles that may impact our ability to deliver an implementation on the requested timeline; and as VP navigating the organization to help unblocks any stoppers preventing onboarding.
- Responsible for being the point of escalation and leading expectations internally and externally for implementation issues/expedite requests.
- Participates in scoping and discovery sessions with client teams.
- Identifies areas of process and/or product improvement in the Implementations Department and cross-functionally.
- Ensure our partners are operating within SLA, providing the highest level of services, and conducting business reviews with Onbe.
- Develop and supervise team performance metrics to aid in forecasting, resource/capacity planning, and continue scaling the business.
- Conducts 1:1 development meetings with direct reports; and skip levels with the team.
- Work closely with Delivery Leadership in the continued evolution of process improvement, optimization and scale of the business.
- Establish, supervise, and report on monthly Key Performance Indicators to reflect the teams' work and areas of opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5-8+ years of experience in a sophisticated client-facing onboarding role using validated implementation methodologies.
- Project Management tool/software experience is required (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).
- Experience with Mergers and acquisitions that resulted in a need to establish unified, efficient processes.
- Strategic problem solver with the ability to vision optimization efforts within an organization.
- An inspirational leader with a proven record of creating & leading hard-working and engaged teams through dedication, collaboration, and clarity
- Experience leading internal teams and clients.
- A poised, confident leader who is highly effective at written and verbal communication throughout the organization.
- Excellent business writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Private Equity environment experience is a plus.
- Previous Leadership experience is required.
The base salary range for this position is between $171,225.00 to $194,250, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. This position can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbeβs employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago. Some periodic travel will be required.
