In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery and operational performance of large-scale managed services revenue cycle programs across multiple healthcare clients. You will be responsible for ensuring excellence in service delivery, financial performance, compliance, and client satisfaction across a global operating model that includes both onshore and offshore teams. Acting as a key executive-facing leader, you will build trusted relationships with healthcare clients while ensuring operational KPIs and contractual commitments are consistently achieved. You will also play a strategic role in identifying opportunities for service expansion and continuous improvement within existing accounts. This position requires strong cross-functional leadership, deep healthcare revenue cycle expertise, and the ability to operate in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment. You will also be instrumental in shaping team culture, engagement, and leadership development across the organization.
Accountabilities:
You will own the overall delivery and operational performance of managed services revenue cycle operations across a portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with contractual SLAs, financial targets, compliance standards, and client satisfaction goals. You will lead end-to-end revenue cycle functions, including patient access, billing, coding, AR follow-up, cash posting, and customer service, while managing both onshore and offshore delivery teams. You will serve as the primary executive point of contact for clients, handling escalations, performance reviews, and strategic operational discussions. You will collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts, continuous improvement teams, and technology partners to drive innovation, process optimization, and service quality. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for service expansion, translating operational insights into growth initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee P&L performance, ensuring cost efficiency, margin targets, and financial accountability across all assigned accounts.
Requirements:
You bring extensive experience in revenue cycle operations, healthcare managed services, or healthcare BPO environments, ideally with 10+ years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale, multi-client portfolios. You have a strong track record of leading global delivery teams, including offshore operations, within complex and matrixed organizations. You possess deep knowledge of revenue cycle processes, performance metrics, compliance requirements, and healthcare industry best practices. You are highly skilled in client relationship management, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement at the highest levels. You demonstrate strong financial acumen, with experience owning P&L responsibilities and driving operational efficiency. You are also a strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities, lead organizational change, and mentor senior leaders. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
