  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership of multi-functional marketing teams in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
    • Proven experience operating at an executive level and leading large-scale marketing strategy across enterprise or Fortune 2000 customers.
    • Strong track record of building and scaling demand generation engines with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
    • Deep expertise in product marketing, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy in complex enterprise sales environments.
    • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with ability to connect marketing performance to CAC, ARR, and revenue metrics.

    • Experience integrating AI, automation, or advanced marketing technologies to improve performance and operational efficiency.
    • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance.
    • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, capable of shaping market narratives and executive-level messaging.
    • Experience in climate tech, energy, or sustainability sectors is a plus but not required.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual compensation ranging from $175,000 to $314,000 USD, plus bonus and equity components.
      • Fully remote-first work environment across the United States.
