Vice President of Product - Remote US

The VP of Product  will play a critical role in our leadership team, reporting directly to the CTO. This individual will lead two product teams and work closely with the executive team to identify and capitalize on product growth opportunities. Key to this role is the ability to use data-driven insights to guide our product strategy and direction.

• Drive product strategy and direction by leveraging data-driven insights and working in collaboration with the executive team.
• Set the overall vision and strategic direction for our product portfolio.
• Lead, manage, mentor, and coach two product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Develop deep market insights and competitive intelligence to inform product development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of product strategies.
• Develops, implements, and enforces key performance metrics, milestones, specifications, documentation and reporting requirements, and budgets.
• Work closely with the engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product roll-outs and go-to-market strategy.
• Ensures compliance with industry and legal regulations and best practices, and adherence to company processes and procedures.
• Maintains knowledge in developing trends and technologies in the industry.
• Hires, manages and develops the Product team.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Minimum 10 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience working in a Product-led Growth (PLG) model is required.
• Proven experience in data-driven environments, utilizing data to make strategic product decisions.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple product teams, with strong emphasis on mentorship and coaching.
• Excellent leadership and team building skills, with proven ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong ability to understand and articulate complex technical issues.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics or related field.
