We are seeking a strategic and results-driven sales leader to expand and deepen client relationships within the healthcare registry and clinical services space. This role will focus on driving new business growth, overseeing complex sales initiatives, and delivering measurable impact across accreditation, data management, quality reporting, and workflow improvement services. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative selling approach, experience engaging C-suite executives, and a thorough understanding of clinical registry operations and regulatory requirements. You will lead territory-specific plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape the adoption of innovative solutions for healthcare organizations. Success in this position requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and the ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into compelling value propositions. This is a high-impact role that combines leadership, market insight, and direct engagement with top-level decision makers.
Accountabilities:
- Drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships for registry and clinical services.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies, including sales and marketing plans, forecasts, and call plans.
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships with executives responsible for cancer programs, oncology operations, compliance, and quality.
- Lead consultative sales processes for accreditation, data collection, quality review, reporting, workflow improvement, and analytic services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to bundle solutions, coordinate sales efforts, and ensure consistent messaging and delivery.
- Present complex information, including registry workflows, accreditation standards, and reporting requirements, in a clear and compelling way.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements effectively while maintaining strong client relationships.
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- 5+ years of consultative selling experience to C-suite executives.
- 2+ years of experience in registry or clinically focused healthcare services.
- Proven success selling complex healthcare services solutions, ideally in registry, HIM, clinical, or data management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and business processes.
- Ability to develop and deliver executive-level proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com CRM.
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills and knowledge of healthcare market trends.
- Familiarity with project management, business process improvement, and change leadership methodologies.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and experience selling outsourced clinical or registry services.
