What we’re looking for:We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead Arcadia’s Community Solar sales channel and its extensive national Dealer Network. To be successful in this role, you will need a positive can-do attitude and should be an especially well-organized, detail oriented multi-tasker. The right candidate must possess strong verbal and interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, take initiative and be a great teammate!
This role reports to the SVP of Sales and is either remote or at the office if you live in or would like to relocate to Denver, CO.
Qualifications:- You are an outstanding sales leader with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced growth company environment
- You have experience developing winning teams, leading large dealer networks (channel sales, affiliate sales, etc.)
- You’re a sales executive who loves to roll up their sleeves and can jump into the “weeds” when vital.
- You are passionate about building, encouraging, and ensuring the success of your team.
- You’re an analytical problem solver.
- Your decisions are advised by data, and you know how to use analytics to draw insights to continually optimize sales strategies.
- You’re inquisitive and innovative.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate a company’s vision to your subordinates and our Dealer Network
- Lead and support our Sales Directors and our extensive national Dealer Network
- Help dealers’ developer their sales strategy by market
- Track and monitor new market launches
- Track and monitor sales performance by Market/Dealer
- Track and monitor event calendars and Dealer retail staffing procedures.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend enhancements to ensure their success.
- Develop a winning culture that supports high-energy interaction, responsiveness, attentiveness, and high integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a positive and proactive teammate
- Experience managing third party sales dealers
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, and prioritize in a deadline driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience supporting/running large multi-state channel partners
- Extensive understanding of and appreciation for Face-to-Face Sales (Door to Door, Retail Staffing, etc.)
- "Remote first" culture - work anywhere in the US as long as you have a reliable internet connection

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $168,600 to $337,200. There will also be a competitive incentive compensation package, as well as benefits and equity components to the package. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
