Job Profile Summary :

Analyzes business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts recommendations based on business data and market knowledge. Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Determines how tables relate to each other and how fields interact within the tables for a relational model. May include company-wide web-enabled solutions.POLICY COMPLIANCE: Responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards as directed.

May suggest • improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. •Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. •Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. •Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions or to recommend alternative resolutions. •Working knowledge of principles and methods within own job family/discipline. •Working knowledge of the company products services and customers. •Understands key drivers of success in functional area and uses this understanding to accomplish own work. •Strong skills in understanding manipulating and analyzing data and who can facilitate data driven decisions. •Ability to drive interactive business intelligence and reports that encourage business literacy curiosity and meaningful optimizations. •Strong spreadsheet skillset: Advanced Excel proficiency is a requirement. Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Qlik Tableau and/or Looker. •Experience with self-service data processing tools (SQL R Python) and/or cloud-based data processing tools. Flexible able to persevere in a fast-paced work environment and willing to seek new ways to look at data. •Understanding of statistical principles and concepts. •Experience working with subscription-oriented datasets. •Experience communicating data driven insights to senior management. An ability to verbally communicate highly technical concepts to at times non-technical audiences. Agile experience a must sAFE a plus.
