Visual/Brand Designer

The Visual Design team works across all projects at Plutus — from our brand voice and websites to events, web, social media and even printed merchandise. And since Plutus’s main audience is our community and app users, we agonize over and take pride in crafting user-friendly and user-focused experiences.

They must have a highly refined design aesthetic and ability to work within the Plutus brand. This person should have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate the rationale behind their work. We’re looking for story-oriented, detail-obsessed folks who can think strategically about their work and produce creative projects that express our core values, with consistency and elegance.

Requirements

• Create, maintain, and evolve visual design guidelines for the Plutus brand
• Designing exceptional 2D and 3D assets
• Collaborate with marketing team to create stellar, eye-catching work that will amplify Plutus brand
• Responsible for Plutus in design, icons, typography, color, and illustration.
• Create and manage asset libraries for reusable, systematic design
• Help shape and execute the design for brand and high profile product marketing campaigns (social media, email asset creation, etc)
• Create our brand’s design and visual identify - from strategy to execution
• Keep your finger on the pulse and stay aware of emerging design trends and help inform wider team / knowledge share
• Make a case for your work
