About the Job
We are looking for an ambitious recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You'll be partnering with hiring managers to build teams of resourceful, motivated people who are passionate about our mission. You'll help manage the hiring process from interview to offer as well as represent the company through screenings and candidate sourcing. This role will focus on a high volume of roles predominantly in our Operations and Customer support teams. You will report to the People Operations Manager in Europe and have an opportunity to join an engaged and diverse team spread across North America and Europe.Â
Who You Are:
- You love interacting with people whether on the phone, via video or in person and you want to help candidates find the right role for them
- You are a partner to hiring managers and work with them to deeply understand their teams as well as critical timelines and targets for current and future hiring
- You own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning across our Customer Support teams and our broader Operations teams,and build robust recruiting strategies for your roles
- You take a data driven approach to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipelines, and collaborate with your hiring teams to develop solutions and guidance for improvement
- You have the expertise to execute our recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- You have a knack for driving the offer process including extending offers and closing candidates
- You strive to be a champion of diversity and inclusion hiring and can represent the Taskrabbit values in your approach
- You can support hiring managers and teams within multiple time zones and are happy to take a flexible approach to your work
- Have experience working in a high volume recruitment environment
- Are able to handle volume applications for multiple roles
- Understand the nuances of hiring for different languages
- Have experience conducting different types of interviews -structured, competency-based, and written assessment
- Have hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking)
- Have familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). At Taskrabbit, we use Greenhouse!
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have strong decision-making skills and the confidence to be able to provide data as well as qualitative information to reinforce your decision making processes
