As our VP, Client Service Leader, you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Partner with MERGE Service Offering leaders and Client team to deliver the best in class integrated solutions to your clients 
  • Define insights based on campaign activity and corresponding digital strategies
  • Develop and manage strategic plans that establish relationships network-wide, identify and mitigate threats, identify opportunities and raise our strategic role with your client’s business leaders 
  • Understand your client’s business and partner to identify long term goals and objectives 
  • Manage multiple pieces of business and projects simultaneously
  • Develop and deliver presentations to both senior-level clients and colleagues in support of client business and/or agency business
  • Partner effectively with strategic planning, creative, and program management team members to help effectively and efficiently deliver against scopes as defined by business requirements and budget 
  • Guide the design and development team from initiation through completion 
  • Understand your client business beyond advertising and provide strategic considerations/solutions as required
  • Obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement 
  • Pleasant and engaging client-facing communication skills and personality
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent building a track record of developing leaders

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • 15+ years of client service, digital marketing, or account management experience and 10+ experience in a leadership role
  • Experienced client-facing digital leader with high-performing digitally-focused demand generation campaigns including personalized email, SMS and website
  • Strong business intelligence and campaign analytics acumen to create an optimized campaign performance culture among the integrated team that drives results
  • Solid understanding of paid media channels and their interrelatedness to drive high-performing full-funnel campaign initiatives
  • Ability to harness analytics, media, UX, strategy and creative resources toward high-performing campaign strategies and implementations
  • Customer journey acumen with focus on definition of key triggers, conversion strategies and content in all channels including the website and other online experiences
  • Ability to tell compelling campaign performance stories working with analytics and media
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills 
  • Pleasant and engaging, client-facing, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to lead and operate in a matrixed organization 
  • Proven track record of delivering  business results and integrated organic solutions based off client goals 
  • Natural problem solver who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
