•   Serve as a trusted client and team advisor who consults on strategy, ideas, and trends
•   Responsible for creating and extending relationships with senior leadership in marketing and related partnerships, such as sales and technology, identifying core business needs, and shaping modern marketing and experience design solutions.Â
•   Craft strategic and creative solutions, with an emphasis on digitally driven programs, helping to advance consumer marketing programs as well as modernize B2B experiences.
•   High-value growth via a keen and credible understanding of the customer journeys and client needsÂ
•   Incorporates agency staff from other departments appropriately, setting them up to capitalize on existing & new opportunities. Cultivates a strong partnership with team leads, particularly in collaboration with Strategy and TechnologyÂ

These are the qualifications we’re looking for
•   12+ years of account management/consulting experience leading digitally-focused engagements including strong modern website best practices as a core experience in the digital ecosystem; leveraging data to identify strategic priorities; advancing modern CRM solutions, including strategies based on cross-channel journeys, and accelerating in-market optimization
•   Healthcare experience preferred (healthcare providers and health plans).
•   Growth mindset. Eager to employ new solutions and learn from experience. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping clients navigate complex planning environments with specific proof of leading them
•   Energized by the potential of growing and building, rather than solely maintaining a business
•   Demonstrated expertise in data-driven marketing and experience design, paired with foundational brand strategy and communications experience.Â
•   Strong working knowledge of contemporary marketing and CX programs across categories and segments. Helps “create the itch,” inspiring clients to strive for the best work of their careers.
•   Experience with a modern marketing technology stack including SFMC (CDP, Personalization Studio, Journey Builder, etc.), and enterprise DXPs (e.g. Adobe, Sitecore)
•   Willingness to roll up your sleeves to be a leader in a highly collaborative environment. Equally excited to collaborate with all team members, especially with analytics and technology as with creativity and strategy.
•   Advanced relationships skills, especially as it relates to expanding partnerships with existing clients. Emphasis on building ties across departments – from marketing to technology to product and sales – along with third-party partnersÂ
•   Superior professional communication and presentation skills
•   Commitment to the client, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability
