Summary: The Vice President of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for leading our enterprise sales team, focused on selling to enterprise businesses. The ideal candidate will lead and join the team to sell Onbe’s innovative payment solutions to new enterprise-level direct clients, with a focus on consumer, workforce and service payments (digital and physical refunds, rewards and payroll). Through our global reach, proprietary technology, and a clear understanding of our solution set, the VP of Enterprise Sales will help businesses turn what is traditionally a cost center into a profit center. This team leader will hold a key position within Onbe, helping shape the sales strategy and results for the company!
Responsibilities:
- Lead, empower and motivate a highly-skilled enterprise sales team towards developing new relationships with large enterprise businesses
- Participate in growing the sales team through sourcing, interviewing and developing talent as Onbe’s footprint continues to grow
- Build onto our performance culture- Speed, exceeding revenue goals and constant improvement are our cornerstones
- Develop tactics that support the Sales strategy, articulate a clear definition for success and build goals that directly align with Onbe’s corporate business objectives
- Maintain team pipeline centered around transparency and collaboration
- Participate in budgeting and sales forecasting, providing key input from the Direct Sales team to predict future results
- Lead by example, equipping the team with the sales processes and skills needed to exceed business and personal goals
- Participate in special projects focused on improvements in sales processes, go-to-market strategies, product enhancements, and delivery
- Deliver new vertical penetration strategies, also focusing on referral sources
- Deliver impactful return on investments as part of proposals, focusing on the value creation for our prospects
- Collaborate diligently and act as an inspiring leader, providing a customer-level perspective to help guide strategy and product development
- Maintain a data-driven culture that uses analytics to measure results and accurately forecast
- Support customer-centric handoff processes to account management
Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing a team of enterprise sales professionals
- Experience building out a sales team a plus
- 7+ years in a consultative B2B sales role with experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies
- Experience in payments and disbursements in the incentives/reward space a plus
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others in selling to multiple C-level personas, including finance, marketing and digital engagement personas
- Experience working with a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
- Up to 20% of domestic travel may be required, post-pandemic recovery.
- Bachelor's degree required
This position can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbe’s employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago. Some periodic travel will be required.
