We are seeking a dynamic finance leader to oversee global accounting operations while providing strategic insight to support growth and operational excellence. This role combines hands-on financial oversight with executive partnership, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and scalable financial processes. You will lead a high-performing finance team, optimize systems, and deliver actionable insights to guide decision-making across the organization. The position requires balancing operational rigor with strategic foresight, partnering with leadership on resource allocation, budgeting, and capital planning. Accountabilities:
- Lead all global accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with executive leadership on financial planning, pricing strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Implement and optimize financial systems (ERP/NetSuite) to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning to support operational and growth objectives.
- Lead financial due diligence, M&A support, and reporting for investors, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with 10+ years in leadership roles, preferably in technology or high-growth organizations.
- Proven experience managing full finance and accounting functions, including regulatory compliance and reporting.
- Expertise with financial systems such as NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to provide strategic guidance to leadership.
- Demonstrated success in scaling finance operations, implementing processes, and driving organizational efficiency.
- Experience supporting M&A activities, financial modeling, and long-term strategic planning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while leading cross-functional teams.
