Team: Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP of Growth Marketing based in the United States.

This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for scaling a fast-growing DTC and subscription-based business through data-driven, full-funnel growth strategies. You will own the end-to-end revenue engine across acquisition, retention, and eCommerce performance, shaping how customers discover, convert, and stay engaged with the brand. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution across multiple paid and performance channels, including paid social, search, affiliate, podcast, TV, and emerging media. You will partner closely with creative, brand, and product teams to develop high-performing campaigns that balance storytelling with measurable performance outcomes. As a key member of the leadership team, you will also build and mentor a high-performing growth organization, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and speed. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments and is motivated by both brand impact and revenue outcomes. You will play a central role in defining the future trajectory of a mission-driven consumer health business.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the full growth marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, and eCommerce performance, with direct responsibility for revenue outcomes and scaling efficiency
  • Design and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel growth strategy that balances brand building with performance marketing and customer lifetime value optimization
  • Lead all paid and performance marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, affiliate, podcast, TV, direct mail, out-of-home, and emerging digital channels
  • Build and manage forecasting models, budgets, and KPIs to ensure predictable, scalable, and cost-efficient revenue growth
  • Oversee testing and optimization of creative, messaging, audience segmentation, and channel mix in partnership with brand and creative teams
  • Develop and implement attribution, measurement, and media mix modeling approaches (including TTF and MMM) to guide investment decisions
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team across multiple channels and disciplines
  • Drive a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision-making across all growth initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, and customer experience teams to align growth strategy with overall business objectives
  • Requirements:

    • 12+ years of experience in DTC and CPG growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling consumer brands
    • Deep expertise in subscription-based business models and performance-driven growth strategies
    • Strong hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media budgets across multiple channels
    • Proven ability to balance brand marketing with performance marketing, with strong command of CAC, LTV, and unit economics
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
    • Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
    • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, customer journey optimization, and digital conversion principles
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
    • Comfortable operating in a test-and-learn, high-velocity growth culture
