This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact growth marketing function within a fast-growing healthcare environment. The position is focused on driving full-funnel growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, partnerships, and emerging marketing channels while balancing long-term brand trust and patient experience. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize marketing performance, expand growth opportunities, and build scalable systems that support sustainable business expansion. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on experimentation, analytics, and performance optimization in a highly data-driven environment. Ideal candidates are experienced growth leaders who thrive in fast-paced organizations, excel at building high-performing remote teams, and bring a strong understanding of digital acquisition and lifecycle marketing. This is a unique opportunity to influence organizational growth, innovation, and long-term market positioning at the executive level.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the overall growth marketing strategy across all acquisition, retention, lifecycle, partnership, and performance marketing channels with ownership of key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, retention, and ROAS.
  • Develop and execute scalable multi-year growth initiatives designed to support sustainable patient acquisition, market expansion, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Optimize multi-channel marketing performance across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliate networks, creator partnerships, lifecycle marketing, and emerging acquisition channels.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models, attribution systems, performance dashboards, and analytics frameworks to support data-driven decision making and executive reporting.
  • Oversee a hybrid marketing operating model by managing internal growth teams alongside agency and external partner relationships.
  • Drive ongoing experimentation and conversion optimization across landing pages, onboarding experiences, creative strategy, audience targeting, messaging, and patient journeys.
  • Partner closely with product, brand, lifecycle, communications, legal, and clinical stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals, compliance standards, and customer experience expectations.
  • Expand growth opportunities through influencer marketing, referral programs, employer partnerships, affiliate initiatives, experiential activations, and additional scalable acquisition channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote marketing organization while establishing clear accountability structures and operational processes.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience leading growth marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition, or full-funnel marketing functions, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of scaling high-budget, multi-channel growth programs while improving efficiency metrics and long-term business performance.
    • Deep expertise across paid media, digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, attribution modeling, funnel optimization, forecasting, and growth analytics.
    • Strong experience with platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, and emerging growth channels.
    • Background in telehealth, healthcare, wellness, subscription-based businesses, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing remote teams and hybrid in-house/agency operating structures.
    • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance measurement, unit economics, experimentation frameworks, and optimization strategies.
    • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and execution-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • Commitment to responsible, compliant, and customer-focused marketing practices.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual salary ranging from $225,000 to $300,000+ based on experience and qualifications.
      • Performance-based bonus structure tied to growth and acquisition objectives.
      • Potential equity or long-term incentive opportunities.
      • Fully remote work environment within the United States with flexible scheduling.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
      • 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
      • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and floating holidays.
      • Wellness-related perks and employee discount programs.
      • Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a rapidly growing and innovative healthcare sector.
      • Collaborative and mission-driven culture focused on innovation, growth, and long-term impact.
