We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented sales leader to drive growth and market expansion in the LED and energy-efficient lighting sectors. This role focuses on developing and executing national sales strategies, building and mentoring a high-performance sales organization, and cultivating strong C-level relationships across residential and commercial markets. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning sales with product innovation and sustainability goals, while identifying new market opportunities. Accountabilities:

  • Architect and execute national sales strategies to increase market share and revenue across residential and commercial lighting sectors.
  • Identify and capitalize on high-value opportunities within developer, distributor, and homebuilder networks.
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team with a focus on consultative selling and elite execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, developers, and key commercial stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with product development, innovation, and sustainability objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and sales priorities.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in the lighting, electrical, or building materials industries.
    • Proven track record of driving multi-million dollar growth in residential and commercial verticals.
    • Expert knowledge of LED technology, energy-efficient solutions, and market dynamics.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer segmentation.
    • Exceptional negotiation, influence, and executive communication capabilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and competitive environment.
