Job Description

We think the world deserves a better web—one that’s more inclusive, more usable, and more adaptive to the trends in how people consume and interact with information. We’ve assembled a world-class team of passionate builders, pulling top talent from both scrappy startups and familiar tech giants. Now we’re looking for a VP of Product to lead us as we help businesses transform their online presence. In this role, you’ll manage the Product, Design, and Research teams, shaping the strategy and direction of our Engineering and Product Marketing investments.

This is a unique opportunity. We have the scope, ambiguity, pace, and culture of a startup with the support structures and funding of a public company.

Our mission at AudioEye is to eradicate every barrier to digital access because we believe equal access to digital content is the right of every individual and the responsibility of every entity.

AudioEye is a team of passionate professionals dedicated to our ambitious goal of accessibility for all. Our mission guides us through every challenge and keeps our focus on our purpose – changing the way the world uses the internet forever.

How you’ll Contribute:

  • Support building a customer-obsessed company by expanding our existing customer-feedback programs and building new ones as necessary
  • Raise the bar for the accessibility industry by incorporating governance, risk management, and compliance best practices and tooling into our platform
  • Spearhead new product initiatives to expand our digital governance platform
  • Design best-in-class product experiences for our customers
  • Drive price performance by innovating across both digital and service offerings
  • As a player-coach, develop org leaders and ICs within your team
  • Drive a research- and data-driven product development culture
  • Translate high-level strategy to concrete investment areas, balancing our overall investment portfolio across KTLO and new product innovation in collaboration with engineering leadership
  • Work with executive leadership to define and drive long-term KPIs
  • Drive change across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships as we continue our evolution into a product-led company

Who you are:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing senior managers and senior ICs
  • 4-6 years of total management experience, ideally in fast-growth environments
  • 15 years of product management / product design experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (PM, Design, Research, Engineering, PMM)
  • Experience building products for the risk, governance, and compliance (GRC) industry preferred but not required

Our Values:

  • Impact at Scale
  • Take Risks, Measure, Improve
  • Be an Owner
  • Trust Through Transparency
  • Be Respectful

Benefits and Perks:

  • Work with a talented but humble team
  • Competitive compensation and equity
  • Weekly paid family meal
  • 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible and Generous PTO Policy: If you feel you need a break to recharge, we encourage you to take it!
  • 18 company-paid holidays including Juneteenth, MLK Day and company wide shut down the last week of December
  • To support remote work conditions, AudioEye provides each employee a one-time stipend of $300

We do not accept 3rd party solicitations. Staffing agencies please refrain from contact.
