This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and scaling a high-performing Project Delivery organization within a fast-growing technology services environment. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring complex IT and managed services projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will act as a key escalation point while driving enterprise-wide standards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong collaboration across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, with a clear focus on client satisfaction and delivery excellence. You will influence organizational strategy through data-driven decision-making, KPI/OKR management, and resource optimization. This is an opportunity to lead transformation efforts that directly impact service quality, operational efficiency, and customer success.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and scale the Project Delivery organization, ensuring consistent execution of complex technology and managed services projects across multiple client environments.
- Define and manage KPIs, OKRs, capacity planning, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for delivery challenges, ensuring rapid resolution while maintaining strong client relationships and trust.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management processes, PMO standards, and cross-functional delivery frameworks.
- Oversee staffing strategy, organizational design, and performance development for project delivery leaders and teams.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with broader company objectives and strategic priorities.
- 10+ years of experience in project management and/or professional services leadership roles.
- 10+ years of experience in people management, team development, and organizational leadership.
- Proven background in managed services and enterprise IT solution delivery.
- Strong understanding of cloud, networking, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and modern infrastructure environments.
- Experience with performance management frameworks, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as ServiceNow, ITIL, PMP/CAPM/Prince2 (preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
