As our VP, Talent Leader, you will…

Specializing in the strategic aspect of human capital, this role focuses on developing and retaining top talent within the company. You will oversees talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations, and performance management programs, aligning them with business needs.

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand their objectives and advise on people strategies that drive the business forward
  • Organize integration efforts for an active M&A pipeline within a high-growth environment
  • Lead performance management process, including ongoing feedback, annual appraisals, talent reviews
  • Guide employee relations discussions, including holding managers accountable for actions
  • Manage voluntary and involuntary separation processes including RIF planning, team reductions, and performance exits
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks and protect the organization
  • Act as a change agent to drive and support organizational transformation and development initiatives
  • Analyze trends and metrics to inform business decisions and recommend improvements to HR policies and practices
  • Facilitate and promote activities to foster a positive workplace culture and constantly improve employee engagement

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources with a concentration in Talent Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or Social Services lending to a career in Human Resources with a focus on the business
  • 5+ years experience within a marketing services organization preferred
  • Ability to connect with people in a collaborative yet authoritative manner
