We are seeking a skilled and motivated Website Developer with an eye for website design, functionality, and user experience (UX). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in WordPress development and be proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with marketing to ensure that our website's design and brand elements align with our business goals while primarily focusing on user experience, navigation, and functionality from a technical perspective.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance our website using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure website design and brand elements align with our business goals
• Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct regular website maintenance and updates
• Ensure website functionality and user experience are always at optimal levels
• Develop and implement new features and functionality to enhance website user experience and navigation
• Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues or errors
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and UX design

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in website development, WordPress development, and UX design
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress, including theme development, plugin customization, and security
• Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
• Experience with website performance optimization and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
