The Web Marketing Manager will help develop and drive the BetterCloud web experience across every step of our digital customer journey. The right candidate has serious creative chops and deep experience building memorable digital identities and high converting websites.   

About You:

• Experience building and managing B2B SaaS websites

• Amazing creative/web portfolio 

• Basic front-end development experience (HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript) 

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other web design tools such as Sketch, InVision,  etc.  

• Experience in utilizing the principles of design, color theory, typography, and graphics for online/web responsive experiences, print and video 

• Passion for creating clean, responsive design that works across both desktop and mobile 

• Experience in designing and implementing web architectures and code that are highly scalable

• Knowledge and experience of working in content management systems such as WordPress

• Experience with managing landing pages in marketing automation systems such as Marketo 

What you’ll do:  

• Manage the BetterCloud web properties while leading the strategy, design and development of our web identity. 

• Increase overall web conversions across all our web properties (corporate website, blog, landing pages etc.) by creating a delightful user experience.

• Design and develop imaginative and effective web concepts that create a multiplier on inbound demand-gen investments.

• Work closely with Product Marketing to appropriately position us in the market and ensure web copy and creative reflect the right value propositions. 

• Implement SEO and web content/copy best practices across all web properties in partnership with the digital/growth, brand and product marketing teams. 

• Manage and communicate overall status and project results to internal clients, management and other project stakeholders as necessary. 

• Manage the website analytics, testing and optimization strategies. 

• Help QA website content. 

• Run user testing and user research study on the website to determine what the optimal user journey should be.

Goals

By the end of week 1, you will…

• focus on onboarding, meeting the team, immersing in our website content and strategy, and conducting stakeholder meetings. 

By the end of 30 days, you will…

• assess existing web channels, conduct a website audit, and develop a strategic plan. 

By the end of 60 days, you will… 

• begin to execute the plan, initiate cross-functional collaboration, refine messaging, and track key performance indicators for effective web development and demand strategies.

Salary:

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000

This salary range represents BetterCloud’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and BetterCloud may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  The final salary for this position will be determined in BetterCloud’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of BetterCloud’s business and other operational considerations.
