What you'll do:

• Identify target user groups and carry out interviews or other types of inquiry to help understand user needs; share user research results with other cross functional teams to create awareness
• Partner with cross functional team to ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user
• Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps
• Build low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Clearly define project goals, requirements and deliverables to develop a strong foundation for design solution
• Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior
• Maintain a competitive edge against competitor products and industry trends
• Partner closely with the Demand Gen team to test CTAs, landing page templates, and other design elements

The Experience you bring:

• 5+ years of u/x experience supporting high traffic websites
• Expert understanding of layout and visual design best practices for desktop and mobile screens
• Expert level proficiency with industry tools like Adobe, Zeplin, OmniGraffle, Illustrator, Sketch and Figma

Bonus points if you have:

• BS/BA in UX Design or similar field
• B2B and SaaS experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers
• Knowledge and curiosity of the latest trends in U/X
• Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges

• Analytical mind with business acumen
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and mastery of information design
