Overview
The Windows Systems Engineer position is a hybrid position delivering architecture, configuration, integration, and education of Microsoft products.
What You'll Do:
- Integrating, deploying, and configuring Intune either in a co-management or standalone manner
- Enterprise support, administration and troubleshooting for Autopilot and Mobile Device Management
- Working / supporting MDM, RMM and Endpoint Management for enterprise customers
- Develop, test, and maintain Windows system configurations, including a baseline build specification for all new devices deployed throughout the customer district
- Assist in creating scripts, custom installers, and developing custom procedures to support the Project Team as needed
- Mentor other team members on leveraging Intune and other Microsoft products
Who you are:
- 4+ years experience with Intune administration, design, and implementation, including device management, autopilot, and SCCM
- 3+ years of recent hands-on production environment experience supporting and implementing Windows Workstations, Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Office 365, Hyper-V or VMware, Amazon AWS or Azure
- 3+ years experience authoring and implementing automation scripts in Windows
- Experience working with Kaseya or other remote monitoring and management (RMM) software, including monitoring and management packages
- Experience managing conditional access, configuration profiles and device compliance
- Experience and understanding of Terminal / Remote Desktop Services
- Experience creating and presenting technical content as a subject matter expert
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with cloud hosted services such as Virtual Machines, Apache/Tomcat, IIS on AWS and other similar providers
- Familiarity with concepts relating to creation and deployment of certificates
- General familiarity with networking concepts, including troubleshooting wireless infrastructure issues
- General familiarity with supporting Apple hardware or macOS and iOS
