Description<b> <p><p>We are looking to hire a talented individual to join our Flash Products Reliability Engineering team The Statistical Reliability Engineer will contribute to ensuring the highest level of reliability for our products while driving innovation and continuous improvement This role involves employing statistical methods to analyze predict and enhance the reliability of our products The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis a deep understanding of reliability engineering principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive implement reliability models test plans and methodologies including accelerated life testing to validate product performance under various conditions to ensure robustness and quality<li> <li>Analyze failure data identify patterns and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve reliability issues<li> <li>Create models and simulations to forecast product reliability and recommend design improvements<li> <li>Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to integrate reliability requirements into product development processes<li> <li>Evaluate field data to assess product performance and recommend enhancements for future iterations<li> <li>Analyze engineering and field failures build proactive lessons feed back to quality program mangers and design teams<li> <li>Stay updated with
