Location<b> Marlborough MA<strong> <p> <p><b>What you will be doing<b> <p> <p>The role is responsible for managing staff responsible for projects across all areas of operations including product development production stabilization and process and systems improvements The Senior Operations Project Manager will lead and prioritize staff to accomplish crossfunctional project planning schedule and cost involving Product Marketing Sales Senior Leadership and Global Shared Services participants <p> <ul><li>Provide leadership management and coaching to project managers and operations assistants<li> <li>Coordinate activities related to production planning and capacity review<li> <li>Collaborate with product teams and factories to ensure product production readiness<li> <li>Support operations assistants with item setup and best practices of the process for operations<li> <li>Coordinate with operations and APO teams to ensure production volumes are delivered on time and in quantity<li> <li>Support operational activities relating to sustaining production of products and expansion of supply chain capabilities as needed<li> <li>Project manage operational activities through interdepartmental coordination based on desired timelines<li> <li>Collaborate with pd team to select the best supplier for NPD projects and assist with supplier pricing strategy<li> <li>Lead PLM process including change management using systembased solutions<li> <li>Project manage internal and external groups supporting product changes<li> <li>Outwardly communicate product changes to key partners and receive consensus before release<li> <li>Maintain product documentation system as collateral expands to support increasing product offering<li> <li>Collate product documentation from multiple sources input it into the documentation system and distribute it to necessary collaborators<li> <li>Supplement product documentation as necessary to ensure complete records<li> <ul><p><strong><b>Skills needed to be successful in this role <b><strong> <p> <ul><li>Demonstrated record of project management<li> <li>Exposure to crossfunctional schedule management<li> <li>Experienced in product lifecycle management and product development<li> <li>Experienced in communicating with a global vendor network<li> <ul><p><strong><b>Minimum Qualifications<b><strong> <p> <ul><li>Bachelors degree in supply chain business or equivalent experience<li> <li>5+ years of experience working on engineering or project management of product development<li> <li>Confirmed background in project and or product management<li> <li>Experience working crossdepartmental and with overseas manufacturers<li> <li>Authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis<li> <ul><p>In California Colorado and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $81983 $159559 annuallyhourly This base pay range is specific to California Colorado and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location experience skill level and performance The range listed is just one
