This includes action to resolve issues identified during routine preventative maintenance conducted during defined timelines.Responsible to meet documented objectives and goals as business needs define.Write routine reports, fill out documentation such as site surveys and audit reports as well as effectively communicate with customers, management, peers, and contractors, as well as other members of the organization.Resolve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations as use deductive reasoning skills to improve the customer experience and network performance.Inspect cabinets, buried cable, construction sites, and other facilities outdoor in various environments, weather conditions, temperatures, exposed to local flora and fauna.Effectively operate in both team and individual environments.Use written communication effectively with internal and external peers on a daily basis to work towards common goals.
