Salesloft our <strong>Senior Financial Systems Analyst <strong>will be pivotal to our companys success You will be a key member of our highperforming Finance team and help scale the company by building the forecasting and reporting processes that set the direction for the organization<p> <p><br ><p><p>On a daytoday basis you will act as the lead point consolidating our business unit forecasts and results and own the corporate cash flow and balance sheet models This individual will serve as the goto person for our balance sheetcash flow modeling and reporting Specifically you will<p> <ul><li>Consolidate the creation of a detailed operating plan and longterm corporate financial model and will track ongoing changes to the business<li> <li>Own Saleslofts longterm threestatement model balance sheet and cash flow planning forecasting and analysis<li> <li>Enhance the financial systems in order to support business processes and operational needs<li> <li>Create and maintain reports including packages for our executive team board of directors and investors<li> <li>Strong partnership with the Accounting and BI teams to ensure timely and accurate data reporting<li> <li>Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting analyzing financial results understanding key trends assessing current and future business risk and communicatingpresenting key messages to senior finance leadership<li> <li>Support the accounting team in the month end close process assisting with variance analysis as needed<li> <li>Deep understanding of consolidation complexities such as multicurrency translation and multicurrency reporting<li> <li>Coordinate the preparation of company financials to ensure timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual reporting<li> <ul><p><br to 5 years of finance or accounting experience accounting or investment banking experience preferred<li> <li>Experience in budgeting and forecasting including balance sheet planning and cash flow forecasting<li> <li>Tech savviness and the ability to learn new systems quickly<li> <li>Positive attitude with high level of eagerness and aptitude to learn new technology and practices<li> <li>Experience in high growth companies and comfortable working on a fastpaced team with changing priorities<li> <li>Independentflexible problemsolver with the ability to adapt as the business grows<li> <li>Advanced Microsoft ExcelGoogle Sheets skills required<li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects of increasing complexity simultaneously<li> <li>Nice to have experience with Workday for our corporate model<li> <li>Develop relationships with all relevant stakeholders to provide analytical support for strategic and operational decisionmaking<li> <ul><p><br ><p><p><strong>WITHIN SIX MONTHS YOULL<strong><p> <ul><li>Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting your respective groups with a focus on increased forecast accuracy and continual process improvement<li> <li>Own the monthly financial reporting to your respective groups including ELT member<li> <ul><p><br ><p><p><strong>WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS YOULL<strong><p> <ul><li>Own the consolidation of the budget and longrange planning for Salesloft<li> <li>Contribute to broader companywide strategic planning in support of longterm goals and initiatives<li> <li>Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunity within the
