a highly skilled and detailoriented compliance professional with a strong focus on privacy to join our team As a Global Privacy Manager GPM you will be responsible for ensuring that our client organizations meet the requirements of specific privacy frameworks and laws Your primary goal will be to guide and support companies in achieving and maintaining compliance with privacy regulations by conducting audits developing and reviewing policies and procedures and providing expert advice You will play a critical role in safeguarding personal information promoting transparency and building evaluate their compliance with applicable privacy frameworks and laws <p> <li> <li> <p> Review and assess existing and implemented privacy policies procedures and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations industry best practices and organizational objectives <p> <li> <li> <p> Draft privacy guidance redline privacy policies and procedures <p> <li> <li> <p> Advise clients on privacyrelated issues requirements and strategies to effectively mitigate risks and achieve compliance <p> <li> <li> <p> Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including legal IT and security field preferred Relevant certifications eg CIPP CIPT CIPM are highly desirable <p> <li> <li> <p> Proven experience working in privacy compliance preferably in a consulting privacy and compliance operations or auditing role <p> <li> <li> <p> Indepth knowledge of cross border data transfers global privacy regulations and frameworks such as GDPR CCPA PIPEDA and ISO 27701 <p> <li> <li> <p> Familiarity with industryspecific privacy requirements eg healthcare financial services digital advertising is a plus <p> <li> <li> <p> Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence data governance is an advantage <p> <li> <li> <p> Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical scenarios <p> <li> <li> <p> Experience conducting
