The role involves serving as the primary contact for technical enquiries, investigating and resolving issues, and providing technical training. The candidate should have a BSc in Computer Software, Electrical Engineering or similar, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience in embedded systems, video codecs, high-speed video interfaces, and Ethernet & IP network fundamentals.
