<p>Overview <p> <p>As a Manager of ECMS Operations you will have experience and a passion for delivering nextgeneration public cloud managed services for our customers onto the Azure platform This role will be responsible for working with the business and technical practice leaders with a focus on driving innovation as it relates to customer experience and internal operational processes Ideal candidates should have multiple years of experience overseeing the delivery of complex globally diverse services into the public cloud <p> <p>Responsibilities <p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities <strong> <p> <ul><li>Defining creation and execution of operational processes that drive innovation and efficiency of the delivery of cloud managed services<li> <li>Lead and manage Cloud Engineering Support Teams<li> <li>Define and Measure KPIs as it relates to service delivery and customer satisfaction<li> <li>Leverage Microsofts Azure DevOps or similar work tracking tools to manage projects<li> <li>Work with our strong team of multidisciplinary geographically distributed developers data ops and field staff in a fastpaced environment working side by side and energizing as a whole<li> environments<li> <ul><p><strong>Position Specifics<strong> <p> <p>The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $120000 and $160000 annually however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including commissions and discretionary bonuses in addition to a full range of medical financial andor other benefits including 401k eligibility and various paid time off
