shopping experience for customers ensuring a clean safe and aesthetically pleasing sales floor and meeting sales goals This position represents the VICI brand by creating an exceptional customer experience that leaves a lasting impression and serves as backup to management on an as needed basis<span><p> <p><br ><p> <p><br ><p> <p><b>Essential Functions<b> <p><ul><li>Supports andor performs opening duties on behalf of management ie open registers mini floorset with new collection rearrange any rackstables that dont align with daily collection restock products and supplies<li> <li>Supports andor performs closing duties on behalf of management count and close registers place daily deposit in safe straightenorganize entire store and back room take full hanger hampers to the back for warehouse team to pick up in AM send closing text to entire team with daily updatesany items needing to be restocked in the morning and communicating any issues needing to be addressed<li> <li> Ensures sales floor is clean organized and aesthetically pleasing at all times<li> <li> Follows VICI fivestar service expectations when greeting and supporting customers<li> <li> Handles all customer issues regarding orders and returns escalates customer concerns with urgency<li> <li> Style and sell product to customers in person and over the phone meets or exceeds sales goals<li> <li> Package label and ship any phone orders<li> <li> Acts as backup to management on an as needed basis<li> <li> Maintain excellent knowledge of all companys products and department policies<li> <li> Makes recommendations to improves processes that will improve department productivity<li> <li>May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company<li> <p><b>Education and Experience<b><p> <li>High school diploma required<li> <li>13 years prior experience in retail<li> <li>Ability to read write speak and understand the English language fluently and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level<li> <p><br ><p> <p><b>Expected Hours of Work<b><p> <li>This is a fulltime position work schedule may include evenings and weekends<li>
