The physician will join 5 other ENTs and work in an inpatient/outpatient clinic close to the hospital. The volume is 20-25 patients per day with a mix of patients. Surgeries are scheduled as needed with the option for block time after 6 months. The hospital has surgical robotics available. Each physician has a nurse or MA and full ancillary staff. The call schedule is 1/5 for hospital/ER call and 1/7 for other duties. The EMR is Altera Paragon and Athena, an integrated system. The compensation includes a base salary with a 3-year guarantee, quarterly bonuses (RVU bonus structure), full benefits (health, disability, retirement, profit sharing, malpractice), sign-on and relocation, 20 days of PTO, and $5k reimbursed per year for CME, DEA, and certifications.
