the Commercial organization to gain a deep understanding of how Genentechs commercialized products transact within the US healthcare market while providing insightful financial information to key stakeholders across the company <p> <p>The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for directly supporting assigned SquadSquads along with specific assigned reserve accounts As the US healthcare system shifts toward valuebased care the organizations needs have increased for analytics and decisionsupport in assessing innovative pricing strategies and reserve implications in anticipation of future payment reforms <p> <p>The Senior Finance Manager will be accountable for forecasting short and long term for assigned sales reserves This requires excellent excel modeling skills experience working with systems TM1 andor SAP Analytics and ability to work with partners across the business to identify business drivers and trends <p> <p>This position is based in our South San Francisco campus and models ensuring that our reserves balances are equal to our postsale obligations<li> <li>Help forecast over $2B of total Portfolio reserves in the balance sheet<li> <li>Manage monthly NOA updates to Basel Finance<li> <li>Closely Partner with Commercial Finance and the Strategic Analytics amp Intelligence Team to acquire latest data and news that could affect our future reserve obligations<li> <li>Present on reserve related topics to our partners the Squads and Ecosystems while understanding all their needs and concerns related to the Gross to Net<li> <li>Identifies designs and implements ongoing forecasting methodology and process improvements across the Reserves team automation amp simplification projects<li> <li>Lead andor participate in crossfunctional strategy team meetings to
