Key Responsibilities Responsible for creating, owning and managing overarching multi-year program plans to support launching of CHVAC Digital Products and Solutions at a global scale.Accountable for balancing scope, schedule and resources as well as following Carrier's program management practices and disciplines such as Passport, ASG etc.Partner closely with the Carrier engineering and digital teams in establishing and executing on a common digital services technology roadmap.Work closely with the CHVAC Service & Aftermarket product management team to understand the customer needs, product plans, value propositions and drive alignment between various teams in CHVAC and Carrier.Work with CHVAC Business Transformation Office, executive leadership and develop close linkages to ensure there is no duplication of effort and drive alignment that is beneficial to Carrier and its customers.Oversee and enforce adequate change management principles and processes for customer/stakeholder facing product and solution launches.Establish business agility through agile methodologies applied to technology delivery teams.Monitor, and be accountable for, key success metrics for execution of digital products, on time delivery, on budget, agile metrics like release burndown, velocity etc.Stay updated in the industry trends in cloud and IoT technologies.Maintain healthy team dynamics and contribute to retaining talent.
