you need to succeed<strong><span><p> <ul><li><span>10 years experience in a leadership role<span><li> <li><span>5+ years experience leading and managing teams of people<span><li> <li><span>Demonstrated success working at a progressively senior level with an emphasis on strategic leadership and PampL performance including planning and overseeing projects managing project budgets working with outside vendorsthird party consultants<span><li> <li><span>Extensive experience in ticket sales marketing campaign and project management and negotiation with a knowledge of and interest in live entertainment and attractions<span><li> <li><span>Notable leadership and strong executive presence in large complex organizations with responsibility for significant revenue budget
