Restaurants across the nation <p> <p><strong>Responsibilities<strong> <p> <ul><li>Serve as the ChickfilA Supply Oracle master data management MDM subject matter expert for customer vendor and product domains<li> <li>Direct the work of a team of contingent resources in daytoday operations in respect to routing incoming creationmaintenance requests and monitoringvalidationmaintenance of master data<li> <li>Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality<li> <li>Identify areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction process control and improvement or process design strategies<li> <li>Ensure quality of master data in key systems as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity<li> <li>Design and implement master data enterprise level solutions in collaboration with product owners reportingdata analysts and business partners for the solution life cycle capturing requirements translating functional requirements into technical requirements supporting design developing process maps supporting testing and implementation of the solution<li> <li>Work closely with distribution center CFA corporate Operators and business partners to ensure optimal alignment<li> <li>Possess intimate knowledge of who the customers are and the ability to put others above himselfherself<li> <li>Demonstrate the ability to value both relationships and results<li> <li>Ability to navigate through a confrontational situation ensuring all parties are treated with honor dignity and respect<li> <ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<strong> <p> <ul><li>Strong experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Master Data Management ERP customer vendor and product domains<li> <li>Intermediate knowledge Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems consumption of master data <li> <li>Experience with business analysis and business process management<li> <li>Deep understanding of data relationships to enable downstream performance<li> <li>Working knowledge of innovations in supply chain and distribution center facilities<li> <li>Familiar with startup or new business development environments<li> <li>Knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with food safety and general safety standards quality specifications local and governmental requirements<li> <li>Exceptional problem solving and communication skills detail oriented creative and has strong organizational skills<li> <li>Able to anticipate needs lead multiple projects and manage shifting priorities<li> <ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<strong> <p> <ul><li>8 plus years experience with Oracle Cloud Master Data Management customer vendor and product domains<li> <li>8 plus years experience with Order Master Data Management integration configuration and support<li> <li>8 plus years supply chain experience with focus on Master Data Management at the enterprise level<li> <li>2 plus years experience with Warehouse Management Systems WMS<li> <li>Experience driving integrations between SaaS based enterprise systems and thirdparty stakeholders<li> <li>Experience with Master Data Management and Analytics across enterprise systems<li>
