Role<strong><b> <p><p>The primary responsibility of the Report Developer is to help our customers with their data requests through the use of SQL and other data tools and technologies These customer data requests are essential to maintain customer satisfaction and customer retention<p> <p>We are looking for people with excellent communication skills the ability to understand and query data and the ability to be relentless in solving complex customer data requests while upholding the integrity of Revios Mission amp Values <p> <p><b><strong>Responsibilities<strong><b> <p><ul><li>Effectively manage incoming calls and tickets within Revio SLA and customer update guidelines solving reporting requests<li> <li>Implement client driven reporting needs within the Revio platform<li> <li>Ensure that Report Developer to Tier 3 escalations follow documented escalations processes<li> <li>Monitor inbound queue to isolate urgent support issues and outages<li> <li>Provide Tier 3 with thorough notes on the nature of escalations<li> <li>Maintain a positive professional relationship with all client contacts<li> <li>Assist other Report Developers as needed to ensure timely responses to clients as needed to hit team goals<li> <li>Continually work to improve the client experience with Revio support participating on project teams as needed<li> <li>Monitor and amp report on all Report Developer SLAs take preventive and reactive measures in response to SLAs<li> <li>Ensure all green scorecards for Report Developer metrics<li> <li>Take the extra mile to satisfy customers<li> <li>Collaborate effectively across all departments and display a positive attitude at all times<li> <ul><p><strong>Knowledge and Skills<strong><p> <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Technology or related fields or equivalent experience<li> <li>Ability to understand and write complex SQL queries and stored procedures<li> <li>Client Relationship Management experience preferred<li> <li>Ability to multitask with good organizational skills in a fastpaced environment<li> <li>Experience effectively collaborating across departments<li> <li>Effective listening and troubleshooting skills<li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<li> <li>This individual must display a professional image and represent the company in line with the stated core values and mission<li> <ul><p><strong>Additional Experience Desired<strong><p> <ul><li>At least 1 relevant coursecertificate in databases preferably Microsoft SQL Server experience<li> <li>Strong communicator selfdriven and
