<ul><p><b>Requirements<b> <p><ul><li>24+ years experience in a presales technical support or other customerfacing technical position for an enterprise payments Commerce or adjacent retail solution SaaS or software company<li> <li>Experience working with a professional services organization support team and product managers<li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<li> <li>Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think on ones feet<li> <li>Excellent computer skills including Salesforcecom Google Apps MS Office and web presentation tools<li> <li>Familiarity with basic front and backend web development ie HTML CSS JS Ruby Python Cnet etc<li> <li>Familiarity with RestFUL WebServices APIs<li> <li>Familiarity with GitHub<li> <li>1+ years experience selling
